Stabilizing Florida’s Housing Market: There Is a Solution

 The Khavari Economic Plan will promote home-ownership in Florida by:

1. Making it easy for all Florida families to own their homes.
2. Cutting the interest expense of home ownership by at least 70% with 2%, 15 year mortgages.
3. Lowering property taxes and eventually eliminating them altogether.
4. Allowing those in economic hardship to refinance with special terms.
